Robin's Beach Nest

Robin’s Beach Nest is on the east end of Panama City Beach off of Front Beach Road. It is a brand new, built in 2007, 3 story 5 bedroom 4 ½ bath house, with a garage, that has Gulf views from the 2nd and 3rd story. It is open and very roomy; 2,449 square feet and a garage. Robin’s Beach Nest has wireless internet for your computer needs. You can check your email while sitting on the deck watching the Gulf. This fantastic home will save you money so you can stay in “Paradise” over and over again. Walk a little further to the beach and spend your savings on golfing or parasailing.

When you enter the front door on the 1st level, you are greeted with stairs going up to the 2nd floor, and a bedroom efficiency apartment equipped with a small refrigerator, stove and microwave. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It also has a TV and DVD player. Down the hall is a door that goes to the 1 car garage.

Entering the 2nd story, you have a large kitchen with an island and counter tops of granite, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The window in the kitchen overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on the young ones swimming. The dining area has a tall gathering table with 8 chairs.

The living room has a leather sofa and a recliner. There is no sleeper sofa here. This beautiful room with Gulf views has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a deck off of the living room with chairs for you to sit out and enjoy the evenings or early mornings. A half bath is in the hall off of the kitchen. A 2nd bedroom has a king bed in it with a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The 3rd floor has a bedroom with bunk beds, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, both of these bedrooms have TV’s with DVD players. There is a full bathroom to share in the hall between the bedrooms.

The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor also, and has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. A small deck is off of the bedroom for enjoying sunsets or drinking your morning coffee starring at the water. There is a TV in the master also. The master bath has a jetted bathtub, separate shower and plenty of counter space.

Come to Robin’s Beach Nest and feel right at home. You will want to return here to your “Nest” year after year.
