Rental Terms and Conditions:
A Reservation / Security Deposit or Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $500.00 for most rentals within 7 days of the reservation booking (deposit does not apply toward rental fee). The deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure provided the following: 1) there has been no loss, damage, or non-qualifying cancellations per the cancellation policy and procedures stated in this document, and 2) Departure Requirements must also be followed (see Departure Requirements below). 3) Guest maximum must not be exceeded.
Final payment in its entirety is due 14 days before arrival
including tax, cleaning, and rental fee.
All rentals are non-smoking.
Our rentals cater to families, and regretfully, no person less than 25 years of age will be permitted to register unless accompanied by a parent. No exceptions will be granted. If registered under false pretenses, all deposits and fees will be non-refundable.
Check in and Check out times:Check in is after 3 PM on day of arrival.
Check out is 10 AM on day of departure: We will try to accommodate requests for later checkouts if possible.
Maximum numbers of guests are allowed as determined by the number of beds in the unit: for example, if the unit has a King, Queen, Two Twins, and a pull-out Queen Sleeper, the unit's maximum capacity is eight people.
Cancellation Policy and Procedures:
If you must cancel your reservation any time before 30 days of arrival, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged against your reservation / security (damage) deposit.
Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable
Departure Requirements:
1. Clean out the refrigerator.
2. Load the dishwasher with all soiled dishes and run the wash cycle.
3. Make sure all garbage is removed and the trash compactor is emptied. Garbage is to be deposited in the container at the street.
4. Place all deck chair cushions on the back deck.
5. Check all windows and doors and make sure they are locked and secured properly including back deck sliding doors.
6. In summer months place the thermostat on 80 degrees and 60 degrees in winter.
7. Remember to sign the guest book and return the keys to Beverly’s Beach Vacations
Lost Key:
There will be a $25.00 charge for any lost or unreturned key.
Loss or Theft:
Beverly’s Beach Vacations assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of guest's personal property. Always use caution and lock your doors and windows when away from the unit and while on Beach.
Hurricane Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation a refund will be given for all unused days.
Rates:
Until deposits are received, rates are subject to change without notice.
Substitution:
In rare instances, a particular unit may be sold, removed form the rental program, or have maintenance problems; therefore, Beverly’s Beach Vacations reserves the right to change reservations to like or better accommodations. Rates may vary and Beverly’s Beach Vacations liability shall be limited to a refund of any deposit or prepayment.
Payments:
We accept payments by check, cash, or credit card. If you decide to cancel or depart earlier than scheduled, any portion of the rent and/or deposit will not be refunded.
