With the Tide

With the Tide is a one of a kind; you will want to return to this house year after year. “With the Tide” is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, 2 story house right on the Gulf of Mexico with a private very large concrete swimming pool. Not like the new condos, it has plenty of parking right outside your front door. This home sleeps 10 comfortably.
With the Tide is equipped with an ice machine in the laundry room.

As you enter this home you are in the kitchen with views of the Gulf through the glass sliding doors. The kitchen has a bar with 4 stools; the dining room has a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom off of the living room has a queen size bed and a bathroom with a large shower.

The upstairs has a large bath in the hall with a large shower also. There is no bath tub in this house. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with a large shower. The 3rd bedroom off of the hall bath has a full size bed in it. The 4th bedroom on the Gulf side has a full size bed also, with a deck off of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms that overlooks the beach.

We also have for your convenience, a toddler bed that is kept in a closet until you need it. Call for more information or to book this and more properties we have.
